My Story
My name is Luc and I wanted to do something to honour the passing of my father, who sadly died of lung cancer in January of this year.
I know that on my dad’s birthday, he would want everyone to be having a fun time and try and do some good in the process.
On this first time we’ll be sadly missing my dad’s birthday, I want to invite everyone to get together to play one of my favourite games, Magic the Gathering, on a Commander Day with the help of Cataclysm Games; my local gaming store in Gillingham, Kent.
This Sunday (20/08/23) Cataclysm Games UK Magic the Gathering is hosting a casual, Charity Commander Games Day for Cancer Research UK in memory of my father who passed away from cancer earlier this year. https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/lucs-giving-page-3
To help add to the fun, we have a whole set booster box of Commander Masters being given away. 1 ticket for showing up, and then you get 1 ticket for every £2 donated on the day. End of the day, we’ll be doing the draw and giving out the boosters one-by-one to the 24 lucky winners.
